We strive to establish more efficient means of capital that allow us to react quickly, have flexibility in the holding periods and strategically plan the disposition of assets as markets determine. To achieve this objective, our strategy includes structuring initial financing for longer holding periods, as well as creating relationships with institutional and/or private investors who wish to create a portfolio and have the flexibility to hold and sell assets as market conditions dictate.
