Michael Blonder is Focus Development's CEO. He has been instrumental in developing and guiding the company's in-house construction and development activities. He has 30 years of experience in multi-family and light commercial development and construction.

Prior to Focus, Mr. Blonder worked for BFB Construction Company, Inc. and Royal Developers, Inc., developing and renovating multi-family projects throughout the South. Over the last two decades he has developed and renovated over 28 multi-family projects that comprised over 10,000 apartments and condominium units. Mr. Blonder has considerable expertise in tenant build out and special construction projects. He has also been active in property management for over 20 years, having previously served as Vice President of Tempo Management prior to his current involvement with the Focus owned and fee-managed properties.

Mr. Blonder is actively involved in the multi-family industry. He has served as President of the Atlanta Apartment Association and President of the Georgia Apartment Association. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of the Georgia Apartment Association.
